Nivaan Health operates as a direct-pay, membership-based practice. This model allows us to focus solely on your needs, without the time constraints or limitations of insurance-based care.

While we do not bill insurance directly, we can provide you with itemized receipts that may be submitted to your insurance provider for possible out-of-network reimbursement. We also accept payments through Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs).
